How long will my Naked Nature products last?
The products are formulated to have a shelf life of 6 to 9 months after opening. Please take care to store the products in a cool place, out of direct sunlight, this will help to get the most out of your product.

Does Naked Nature use Alcohol or DPG?
We do not add alcohol or DPG in our products.

Are Naked Nature products hypoallergenic?
We do not use synthetic fragrances or ingredients which can be irritating to the most sensitive skin. However, please reference our product ingredients lists if you are concerned about a possible allergic reaction.

Are your ingredients organic?
We purchase the highest quality ingredients. We purchase organic ingredients whenever they are available. if an organic option is not available we use raw and unrefined ingredients.

Are your products cruelty free?
Yes.

Should I refrigerate my products?
You definitely can refrigeration can definitely extend their shelf life.

Do you sell smaller sizes?
No, but make sure to sign up for our newsletter Naked Nature to find out about new products that will have sample sizes available for purchase.

Are your products safe for children or pregnant women?
Some of our products contain essential oils such as lavender that may not be appropriate for children and pregnant women to use please read the ingredients of the product before purchasing them.

Can a product be modified for me?
We are in our infancy as a company therefore we can not modify any of our products to suit individuals at this time.

Are essential oils safe?
Yes, but that does not mean your skin will react well to all of them. We formulate based on the belief that the majority of people have sensitive skin, so we’ve taken precautions to choose the least irritating oils of the highest quality.

REFUND POLICY
All of our products are handcrafted. Because of the nature of the products, we cannot accept anything that has left our possession. A return or exchange of any kind policy lasts 3 days, or until order has shipped, whichever is sooner. This is only for the duration in which the product is in our care. If your order is processed and/or out for delivery, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must have not left our possession. This includes both delivery and drop off.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us your concerns as soon as possible, nakednatureskinandbodycare@gmail.com.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If your return is confirmed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. Either way customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of their refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and returned to your credit card or original method of payment, within your banks allotted days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please confirm it’s confirmation and send us an email to assist as best as possible nakednatureskinandbodycare@gmail.com.
Should you need further assistance, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This is at the company’s discretion. Send us an email of your item and proof of purchase at nakednatureskinandbodycare@gmail.com. This offer is valid for 14 days after purchase. All issues following, buyer takes full responsibility.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged products to reach you, may vary.

SHIPPING POLICY
All shipping rates will vary depending on selected shipping.
All shipping fees will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout. Any additional fees are accessed as the buyers responsibility.

PROCESSING
Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. Orders will ship 3-7 business days to allow for processing of fees and product make. Each of our products are handcrafted by one person, therefore, extended processing times ensure guaranteed freshness.
NOTE: During high volume or business shifts, the business days of processing times may change up to an additional 14 days.
Postal transit times will vary. Once a package is marked as shipped, we no longer hold responsibility for the package.
Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.
